Job Summary
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist  to join our team! As Occupational Therapy Practitioner, you will be meeting with several children and their families in a day, discussing their treatment needs, ultimate goals, and crafting customized, comprehensive therapy plans to support their developmental needs.  Positions are available in the Riverside County and High Desert area, providing in-home OT services. The ideal candidate must have a compassionate style of care, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and is comfortable handling young children 0-3 years of age. Candidate must also have a minimum of one year pediatric experience. Full and Part Time positions are available.

Responsibilities 
  • Meet with clients from many different backgrounds and compassionately discuss their health concerns and therapy needs
  • As an OTR, one must be able to conduct evaluations to determine a starting point for each child
  • Create and implement a therapy plan specific to each child that will help them meet their developmental  goals
  • Work closely with other members of a child's care team to provide adequate follow-up care
  • Maintain excellent records of client therapy and progress

Qualifications
  • Must hold the required state license for occupational therapy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • The ability to stay positive and compassionate over a long period of time with the children and their families
