Job description

Are you looking to be a part of something unique and special?


Advance Therapy is a family-oriented outpatient clinic, with 2 locations in the North Metro (White Bear Lake and Lino Lakes), that provides occupational, physical and speech/language treatment for children in the clinic setting and within local charter schools. You will enjoy working in this small personal environment where therapists are encouraged to share ideas and assist with developing new programs. Advance Therapy provides traditional therapy and a variety of specialty programs (i.e. social skills groups, feeding groups, sensory camp, aquatic therapy and more). Advance Therapy offers many opportunities for growth through continuing education, mentorship, support of new program development and position advancement.

We are currently looking for energetic, independent and organized individuals to fill a full-time or part-time position.
Positions available: Full-time 36-40 hours per week in our private pediatric clinic or our local charter school setting (full-time 1 location with supportive team). Clinic position is located in Lino Lakes and school position is located in St. Paul (1 location). We offer excellent pay and flexible schedules and value work-life balance. Pediatric experience is preferred, however new graduates with pediatric clinical experience are welcome to apply. Training and mentorship will be provided. OTAs are welcome to apply.
