This position requires an active State Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) license. Applicants without a current OTA license or who do not meet the qualifications to earn licensure will not be considered.
Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) - Full Time
HTS is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) to join our therapy team at a top-rated skilled nursing facility in Kendallville, Indiana, just 30 minutes north of Fort Wayne. Dedicated to delivering long-term care and memory care, this facility is slower paced and focused on maintaining quality of life. In this position, the PTA will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and resident programs. At 30 - 40 hours per week, this is a full-time position.

Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Occupational Therapy Assistant license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn Indiana license. These qualifications include a degree from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy assisting program, subsequent passing of the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT®) examination, and fulfilling the state's requirements for licensure.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
