Occupational Therapist (OT) – Willows, California

What You’ll Do

As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll help patients improve their independence, mobility, and ability to perform everyday activities. Responsibilities may include:

  • Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Provide therapeutic interventions focused on functional independence and quality of life.

  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and home programs.

  • Document evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and on time.

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, therapists, and other members of the interdisciplinary team.

  • Follow facility policies, professional standards, and all applicable California requirements.

Qualifications & Credentials

Credentialing is a priority for this position. Candidates should be prepared to provide current and complete documentation so we can help keep the onboarding process moving smoothly.

  • Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program

  • Current or eligible California Occupational Therapist license

  • NBCOT certification, if applicable

  • Current BLS/CPR certification, if required by the facility

  • Additional specialty certifications are welcomed and encouraged

  • Ability to meet facility credentialing, health screening, background, and compliance requirements

  • Strong communication, documentation, and patient-care skills
