"The Mountain Empire", the city of Kingsport and its surrounding area have capitalized on a temperate climate, abundant natural resources, and a capable workforce to create a fulfilling, affordable, and accessible quality-of-life on every level. The current practice consists of two physicians and five physician assistants. Key features of this opportunity include: Income guarantee plus production bonus in place and opportunity to bonus abounds. Partnership track after two years. ****4 day work week, no night call, weekends, etc.*** Nominal hospital consults. Average patient per day load of 22-25. Infusion center located in the office equipped with seven chairs. Immediate "ramp up time". Current wait times for new patients is 120-150 days. The practice draws patients from five states and some patients drive up to three hours for their appointments. M.D. or D.O.s welcome. Physicians who are eligible in Internal Medicine but not boarded, but boarded/fellowed in Rheumatology are accepted. Recent fellowship-trained candidates welcome.
