Job Opportunity: Board Certified / Board Eligible OBGYN Physician

We are looking for a talented Board Certified or Board Eligible OBGYN physician to become a part of our team at the Westside Medical Center located in Hillsboro, Oregon. The ideal candidate will possess a deep commitment to women's health and the capability to deliver exceptional, comprehensive care.

As a member of our integrated and compassionate team, which includes physicians, nurse midwives, rotating OBGYN and Family Medicine residents, as well as supportive clinical and administrative staff, you will provide a blend of obstetric and gynecological services. You will benefit from 24/7 support in the Labor & Delivery unit, with dedicated on-site anesthesia and pediatric services, a nursery equipped to care for neonates 35 weeks and older, and an average of 120 deliveries each month.

Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in shared call coverage.
  • Collaborate within a highly skilled, collegial team focused on patient-centered care.
  • Utilize an advanced Epic EMR system along with a virtual scribe service.
Compensation and Benefits

As part of our organization, OBGYN physicians can expect:

  • Projected Annual Total Rewards Value ranging from $363,600 to $459,300*
  • Base Salary between $277,100 and $337,900.
  • A 21% employer contribution to retirement plans, including a pension (not a match; this contribution is made regardless of employee input).
  • Over 90% of health plan costs covered by the employer.
  • Paid annual education leave along with a $2,000 annual education allowance.
  • Eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF).
