Job description

Rubino OB/GYN, an Axia Women’s Health care center, is seeking a full-time BC/BE OB/GYN Associate Physician to join their 12-provider team. This is an outstanding opportunity to commence straightaway with an established patient following in a collaborative team environment.

  • 6  Practice Locations: Hoboken, Clark, West Orange, Summit, Florham Park, and Warren, New Jersey.
  • 12 Providers - 11 Physicians, 1 NP
  • Work-life balance:
    • Currently 1 in 9 call schedule 
    • Post call day off 
    • AI Scribe "SUNOH" - AI generates physician notes, reducing physician burnout potential

Hospital Affiliations:

Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center

  • Regional Perinatal Center - Level III NICU
  • 24/7 Anesthesia service
  • 24/7 MFM service

Option to also perform major gynecological surgeries at Overlook Medical Center (Atlantic Health)

Patient Services:

  • 3D Mammography
  • 3D/4D Gyn Ultrasound Accredited by the American Institute of Ultrasound in Medicine (A.I.U.M.).

    Pay or shift range: $250,000 to $315,000 USD annual salary. 
    The posted salary range is a good-faith estimate of what we expect to pay for this role. However, final offers may fall outside this range based on experience, skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. This range is for full-time employment and does not include bonuses/incentive compensation or benefits.
