As a versatile Certified Medical Assistant in Urology and Ob/Gyn, you'll be a vital part of two family-owned medical practices, supporting physicians and ensuring patients receive compassionate, efficient care. The role blends clinical duties with administrative precision, all within a collaborative team environment. We prefer your role to crossover at the two locations.


Key Responsibilities

Clinical Support:

  • Assist with urological procedures and bladder catheterization
  • Assist with Ob/Gyn clinical exams and medical procedures
  • Accurately organizes specimens consistently and
  • Escort patients, take vitals (BP, weight, pulse, temperature), and accurately document in charts
  • Prepare exam rooms and maintain stock levels

Administrative & Technical Tasks:

  • Accurately preparing charts for upcoming appointments
  • Proficient with MS Office and eClinicalWorks (or similar EMR systems)
  • Deliver excellent & professional phone and in-person service.
  • Manage patient lab reports and follow up with medications/refills
  • Maintain HIPAA-compliant confidentiality

  • Certified Medical Assistant with some Urology experience or interested in expanding skills and knowledge in urological procedures and bladder catheterization (training provided)
