A Practice Where Your Voice Mattersโ€”and Your Career Can Grow

Are you looking for an OB/GYN role where you're more than just a number? This is an opportunity to join a highly engaged, supportive OB/GYN community that prioritizes physician satisfaction, collaboration, and long-term growthโ€”including a clear partnership path.

Despite being part of a large, well-respected network of over 275 providers, this OB/GYN group maintains a tight-knit, collegial culture where physicians have real input into their practice and future.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

  • 4-day work week for better work-life balance
  • Equal 1:4 call shared among physicians
  • Robotic surgery available
  • Level IV NICU with strong hospital support
  • Partnership opportunity for long-term stability and earning potential
  • Hospital has a laborist to reduce call schedule

The Practice

  • Established OB/GYN group with 3 MDs, 1 DO, and 2 PA-Cs
  • Two convenient office locations and one hospital
  • Collaborative, physician-led environment focused on quality care and provider satisfaction

Your Role

You'll provide comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care to a diverse patient population, including:

  • Full-spectrum OB/GYN services in both outpatient and inpatient settings
  • Managing prenatal care, deliveries, and gynecologic procedures
  • Counseling patients on family planning, wellness, and preventive care
  • Utilizing EMR efficiently with point-of-care documentation support

What We're Looking For

  • Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN (MD or DO)
  • Eligible for Connecticut licensure and hospital privileges
  • Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
  • Commitment to compassionate, high-quality women's health care

Why Northwest Connecticut?

Affordable, welcoming community with a surprising amount to offerโ€”arts, culture, dining, and abundant outdoor recreation. Enjoy the charm of New England living with easy access to New York City and Boston, both just a short drive away.

The Bottom Line

If you're seeking an OB/GYN position that offers balance, advanced resources, partnership potential, and a genuinely supportive culture, this is a practice where you can build a long-term, fulfilling career.

Interested? Let's Talk.
