About Us
Oasis In-Home Care is a locally owned and operated company, dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. We are seeking caring and committed individuals to join our team as caregivers in the Mt. Juliet, Lebanon, and Hermitage area for a short shift approximately 3 days a week. This is an opportunity to be a part of a team that values both the care we provide and the caregivers who make it possible.

Position Overview
As a caregiver, you will assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their safety, comfort, and quality of life. You’ll provide essential support such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, personal care, and companionship, allowing our clients to maintain independence in their homes. This is an in-person role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal care assistance (bathing, grooming, dressing)

  • Meal preparation and light housekeeping

  • Companionship and social interaction

  • Monitoring clients’ health and well-being

  • Providing a safe and comfortable environment for clients

Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, reliable, and dedicated to improving the lives of others. Prior caregiving experience is an advantage, but we provide paid training for those new to the field.

Qualifications:

  • Have relevant experience and or personal knowledge of disabilities preferred

  • Valid driver’s license and auto insurance required
