Looking to take your Physical Therapy career to paradise? We’re actively hiring an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) – Home Health for a 13-week contract in beautiful Kāne‘ohe, Hawaii with ASAP starts!

Location: Kāne‘ohe, HI
Duration: 13 Weeks (ASAP)
Pay Rate: $62 – $70/hour
⏰ Hours: 40 hours guaranteed
Mileage Reimbursement: $0.43 per mile

Job Details

  • Home Health Physical Therapy visits

  • Productivity expectation: 25 points per week

  • Work independently while delivering high-quality patient care in the home setting

  • Documentation using Homecare Home Base & OASIS

  • 2+ years of PT experience – Required

  • 1+ year of Home Health PT experience – Required
