Work Environment

This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while providing essential services to clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct secure and confidential remote therapy sessions with individuals and groups, leveraging our advanced telehealth platform to foster meaningful connections.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to gain an in-depth understanding of clients’ emotional, social, and mental health needs, and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each client.
• Provide immediate support and crisis intervention during therapy sessions to ensure clients' safety and well-being when acute issues arise.
• Guide clients in accessing community resources and social services, helping them to build a robust support system that enhances their quality of life.
• Maintain diligent and confidential electronic records, including treatment plans and progress notes, while adhering to ethical, legal, and regulatory standards.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies to aid in treatment.
• Educate clients on effective coping strategies, communication techniques, and self-care practices, equipping them to take charge of their mental health.
• Engage in continuous professional development by keeping abreast of the latest research and best practices in clinical social work and teletherapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As an LCSW at Oasis of Hope, you will work primarily with diverse clients facing a range of emotional, behavioral, and psychosocial challenges. This includes individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use issues, and other mental health conditions. By providing tailored support through remote therapy, you will contribute to clients' empowerment and resilience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Georgia or willingness to obtain.
• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a closely related field is required.
• At least three years of relevant experience in clinical social work, particularly in remote or teletherapy settings.
• Proficient in utilizing telehealth technology and platforms for therapy sessions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, vital for effectively engaging with clients remotely.
• Committed to maintaining ethical standards and client confidentiality during all interactions.
• Able to work independently while managing a flexible schedule that accommodates diverse client needs.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in crisis intervention and management within a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and documentation standards.
• Previous involvement in community outreach programs or resource coordination.

Compensation and Benefits
