Available Shifts:
  • 4-hour shifts (8am-12pm, 10am-2pm, and 4pm-8pm)
  • 8-hour shifts (8am-4pm and 2pm-8pm)
  • 12-hour shifts (8:00am - 8:00pm)

Job Overview
 HomeWell is seeking caring, dependable, and service-oriented caregivers who are passionate about helping others live safely and comfortably at home. In this role, you’ll provide non-medical personal care and companionship that supports each client’s dignity, independence, and quality of life. We value team members who lead with kindness, communicate professionally, and take pride in making a meaningful difference.
 
Responsibilities
  • Assist with personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
  • Provide medication reminders
  • Prepare meals and support mobility/transfers
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Support daily activities and behaviors as needed
  • Perform light housekeeping for a safe home
Skills
  • Experience with bedbound care and transfers preferred
  • Knowledge of dementia and developmental disability care preferred
  • Ability to manage behaviors with patience and empathy
  • Meal prep and dietary awareness
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
  • Caregiving Experience 1-3 years preferred
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Reliable transportation and valid auto insurance
Location Requirement:
Must currently reside in or be able to reliably commute in the St. Louis, MO (Oakville area). If not already local, relocation prior to start date is required.
