Full-Time: Wednesday - Sunday 9:00AM - 5:30PM

Coordinates the admissions process for Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living residents, ensuring all required documentation, authorizations, and computer entries are completed accurately and timely. Serves as a welcoming point of contact for prospective residents and their representatives, provides facility tours, supports marketing efforts, and helps families make informed decisions about services and care. Collaborates closely with nursing and other departments to ensure a smooth and positive admission experience.

  • 2-4 years of experience preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple admissions and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills when working with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy when completing documentation, contracts, authorizations, and electronic records.
  • Professional, welcoming approach with the ability to confidently conduct tours and promote facility services.
  • Healthcare, senior living, admissions, insurance, or marketing experience preferred; knowledge of Medicare and/or Skilled Nursing admissions is a plus.
  • Legally Authorized to work in the United States
