Onsite - Cobb Galleria AreaAbout the Role

We're seeking an Endpoint & Network Administrator to own and optimize our Microsoft-centric infrastructure, endpoint management, and core IT systems. This role will lead initiatives across Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, automation, endpoint security, and network infrastructure while helping drive a secure, scalable, and efficient technology environment.

This is a hands-on engineering role for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, automating processes, and continuously improving the employee technology experience.

What You'll Do
  • Manage and optimize Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and endpoint management platforms.
  • Design and maintain device deployment, configuration, compliance, and patch management processes.
  • Develop PowerShell automation to improve efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Support and enhance network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and wireless environments.
  • Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of complex infrastructure and systems issues.
  • Partner with IT leadership on security initiatives, governance, and technology roadmap planning.
  • Maintain technical documentation, standards, and best practices.
What We're Looking For
  • 4+ years of experience in Systems Administration, Network Infrastructure Administration, Tier 2-3 Support w/ Endpoint and Networking troubleshooting, or a similar role.
  • Strong experience with:
    • Microsoft 365
    • Entra ID / Active Directory
    • Microsoft Intune & Autopilot
    • PowerShell scripting and automation
    • Endpoint management and patching
    • Network fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, TCP/IP)
  • Experience supporting enterprise-level cloud and endpoint environments.
  • Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Nice to Have
  • Microsoft certifications (AZ-104, Endpoint Administrator, Enterprise Administrator)
  • Meraki administration experience
  • Veeam or backup/disaster recovery experience
  • RMM/PSA platform experience
  • Security+ or other infrastructure/security certifications
