ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Grow your career while you protect your community! As an Account Representative at the O'Malley Agency, you would play a vital role in our business operations and customers’ satisfaction. You'd help improve the lives of our customers through meaningful conversations and needs based recommendations. Perhaps most importantly, you'd be a resource to State Farm's customers in their times of need.
Below is a list of some basic responsibilities and qualifications we're looking for. If you're an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, please submit your application!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Discuss Auto, Home, Life, and Health Insurance quotes with prospective customers
  • Quote State Farm policies over the phone and during in-office appointments with prospective customers
  • Bind coverage with customers in-office, over the phone, and online
  • Attend networking and community events sponsored by the O'Malley Agency
  • Review Auto, Home, Life, and Health Insurance policies with current customers
    • Manage customer accounts and update information in the database
    • Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status
  • Coordinate with corporate departments (Underwriting, Claims, etc...) to ensure that customer's requested policy changes are completed accurately and timely
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong work ethic & dedication to helping others
  • Indiana Property & Casualty Producers license (We'll help you earn this!)
  • Indiana Life, Accident, & Health Producers license (We'll help you earn this!)
  • Strong CRM skills, multi-tasking abilities, and attention to detail
