We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Director of Business Development to lead our efforts in the rapidly evolving digital health ecosystem. This role is critical to driving NVIDIA's growth and strengthening our leadership across the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

Your mission is to drive NVIDIA's revenue growth and platform adoption across the global health technology, government, payor, and provider ecosystem. You will define and position healthcare solutions built on NVIDIA platforms in collaboration with our ISV and partner ecosystem. This role requires strong executive leadership, deep domain expertise, and established relationships within the segment. You will work closely with senior business development, product, and sales leaders to ensure alignment, build pipeline, and accelerate NVIDIA adoption and consumption. The ideal candidate thrives in a fastpaced, highgrowth environment and brings a proven track record of impactful leadership within sales or business development organizations.

What you'll be doing:

  • Develop, build and implement the growth strategy for digital health ecosystem.

  • Collaborate with top leadership across the company to align and implement a multi-pronged go-to-market strategy

  • Partner closely with product teams to develop and package healthcare specific solutions.

  • Develop a successful partnership with digital health platform and organizations for mutual performance objectives, targets, and breakthroughs associated with a successful relationship.

  • Lead and support sales execution in partnership with our regional sales teams. Discover, develop, and nurture key customers relationships/Light House Accounts.

  • Engage, enable, and energize channel sales teams including global system integrators, public cloud service providers to deliver joint go-to-market initiatives in a win-win-win situation

  • Support sales critical issues, partner/channel dynamics and related business issues.

  • Drive and track 4 quarters business on assigned responsibility.

What we need to see:

  • 18+ overall years of sales or business development experience in Biopharma technology with proven track record running an overlay sales organization.

  • 7+ years of team management experience.

  • Master's degree (or equivalent experience) and/or MBA is desirable.

  • Deep understanding of applications and workflows bringing to bear data processing, machine learning, generative AI and agentic frameworks in addition to have welldeveloped relationships with executive leaders across the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

  • Demonstrated experience with sell-to and sell-through the healthcare ecosystem

  • Have a global client contact base, deep domain expertise, and sales and buying practices.

  • Shown success of building positive partnerships with large organizations with a consistent track record of sales execution overachievement.

  • Knowledge of enterprise computing software and services pricing strategies, channel economics, and hybrid computing platforms both on-prem and cloud offerings

  • Lead & empower a virtual team of sales managers (and help recruit the best talent).

  • Proven experience related to global partnerships and establishing joint sales models and metrics as well as proven efficiency in navigating highly matrixed organizations and leading complex deal structures and strategic alliances.

  • Proficient in developing and driving go-to-market strategies.

  • Able to travel ~25%+

Your cash compensation will be determined based on your location, experience and the pay of employees in similar positions with 85% paid through base salary and 15% variable compensation. The cash compensation range is 332,000 USD - 500,250 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
