Job SummaryThe Business Development Manager - NVIDIA at SHI International oversees strategic planning, program governance, and operational execution for highvalue departmental initiatives tied to SHI's NVIDIA partnership. This role is responsible for managing escalations, tracking key performance indicators, improving operational processes, and ensuring program performance aligns with business objectives.
In addition, this role supports the operational management of the NVIDIA partnership, including deal registration, POS reporting, MDF and rebate tracking, and maintaining Elite or above certification levels. The Business Development Manager also contributes to gotomarket initiatives with NVIDIA and SHI ecosystem partners, supports key AI ISV relationships, and engages in strategic discussions with leadership to drive compliance, specialization, and continuous improvement.

Role Description

  • Establish and oversee a governance process for the portfolio of programs within the department.

  • Manage escalated and highvalue projects to ensure optimal performance.

  • Implement strategic planning by creating functional strategies and specific objectives that align and sequence program activities for best results.

  • Develop, monitor, and improve operational processes, including billing managed services and authorizing payments to vendors.

  • Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to billing and vendor costs.

  • Track issues and facilitate resolution, serving as a point of escalation for internal or customer satisfaction concerns.

  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for operational enhancements.

  • Provide mentorship, guidance, and training to employees to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Lead strategic programs related to compliance, specialization, and competency, including policy development and enforcement.

  • Participate in business strategy discussions with SHI leadership, review program results, and identify root causes for missed objectives or deadlines.

  • Support the operational aspects of the NVIDIA partnership, including deal registration processes, POS reporting, MDF and rebate tracking, and maintenance of Elite or above certification levels.

  • Drive key gotomarket initiatives with NVIDIA and SHI ecosystem partners.

The estimated annual pay range for this position is $100,000- $125,000 which includes a base salary plus bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
