Job description

We are looking to hire a System Test Engineering Manager who will work in test solutions group at NVIDIA developing manufacturing test solutions for Embedded and Automotive System products. Through your leadership, HW and SW expertise you will guide engineers to drive towards solutions that translate to processes and methodologies that have long lasting impact. As a System Test Engineering Manager you will explore the challenging areas of test, test automation and delivering high quality products to customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Refine manufacturing test solutions for System products translating them to methodologies and processes applicable across Automotive, and Embedded product segments.

  • Investigate and introduce new manufacturing test technology and methodology to enhance production efficiency.

  • Improve or develop new test strategies for products and test infrastructure including identification, specification, design and qualification of test fixtures, test equipment and diagnostic software.

  • Build automated diag generation and validation infrastructure.

  • Lead and advise a team of engineers to handle a product line.

  • Guide teams in resolving technical problems.

What we need to see:

  • 10+ overall years of experience with post silicon validation experience in Board or System products. Experience with Embedded and Automotive systems

  • 4+ years of management experience or leading technical teams and projects

  • BS Degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience

  • Familiarity with manufacturing, chip to system.

  • Python programming and bash scripting experience.

  • Excellent communication and people skills
