For yourawareness, IFF has announced its intention to sell its Food Ingredients Business to CVC Capital Partners. The sale is presently expected to close in the first half of 2027, pending regulatory approvals and other closing conditions. The Food Ingredients business unit will remain a part of IFF until close and, at such time, it will transition to CVC Capital Partners. In applying for this position, you acknowledge your awareness that the position is a part of the Food Ingredients business unit and has been identified to transition to CVC Capital Partners.

Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Operate and monitor production equipment and processing systems safely and efficiently.
  • Follow daily production schedules to meet quality, yield, and productivity targets.
  • Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor critical process parameters and make adjustments to maintain product specifications.
  • Complete production, quality, and traceability documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Support food safety and quality programs by preventing contamination and adhering to GMP standards.
  • Participate in sanitation and cleaning activities to maintain a safe and hygienic production environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and support departments to ensure smooth production operations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, efficiency, and product quality.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, or production environment preferred.
  • Experience operating automated manufacturing or processing equipment.
  • Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Basic math, reading, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to lift materials, work around production equipment, and perform physical job duties.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new processes and equipment.

  • Previous food manufacturing experience.
  • Forklift certification and operating experience.
  • Experience working with process control systems or continuous production operations.
