Job description

Salary:

Outside Sales Professional

Mission:

To provide service with excellence to all clients, colleagues, and customers while maintaining a professional attitude and appearance.

Objective:

The Outside Sales Professionals objective is to build a $1 -3 million+ territory within 2 years in the New England area.

Objectives and Duties:

  • Implement a routing system, 3 month and 1 year plan.
  • Be in the field at least 4 days per week.
  • Work by appointment with at least four set per day.
  • Visit 8-10 qualified HCP offices daily.
  • Achieve at least two orders per day in the field.
  • Implement NetSuite ERP CRM System,Qualify each client as A+, A, B, or C
  • Enter all activities, calendar, routing into NetSuite daily
  • Achieve at least $83,334/ month in sales within 2 years, and $166,668+/month within 4 years.
  • Obtain at least one new account weekly.
  • Increase gross sales 20%+ per year.
  • Exceed monthly and yearly sales goals.
  • Look for new opportunities, increase current business, overcome objections, reduce loss.
  • Conduct a one-hour territory review meeting with Leadership.
  • Conduct 5+ events per month including staff training, PTE (Professional Training Event), and workshops.
  • Attend trade shows, training events, and NF Summit Quarterly.
  • Conduct Wellness Events, workshops, and demos with clients.
  • Actively participate in mandatory weekly Sales Team and Company meetings
  • Invest 2 hours per week in product knowledge.
  • Ask your clients for referrals. Get at least one per month.
  • Send in expense reports by the 7th of each month for previous month. Report must be legible and include all receipts with note of who they met, and the topic discussed on receipt.
  • Promote regional PTE and secure at least fifty attendees.
  • Promote VIP dinner and secure up to twenty-five attendees.

To Qualify for bonus and commission:

  1. Implement ERP System and update daily
  2. Attend weekly meetings.

Qualifications:

  • Must reside within the territory, Connecticut or the Boston area preferred.
  • Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the health and wellness industry
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful nutraceutical sales experience is required
  • Strong understanding of nutritional supplements, functional health, and integrative wellness solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets in a competitive environme
  • Self-motivated with strong time management, organizational, and territory management skills
  • Ability to present complex product information in a clear and compelling manner
  • Willingness to travel regularly for in-person client meetings, events, and trainings
