Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Med Surg Nursing Manager to lead a dynamic medical-surgical team in Georgetown, TX. This position offers a unique opportunity to oversee a 45-bed unit, guiding nursing staff and collaborating with leadership to ensure exceptional patient care.
The role includes relocation assistance and a sign-on bonus of up to $15,000.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership, supervision, and direction for nursing staff in the Med Surg unit.
  • Collaborate with physicians, directors, and healthcare teams to deliver high-quality patient care.
