Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Speciality Clinic RN, you will be a visionary leader, setting the standard for exceptional patient care and empowering our teams to achieve unparalleled clinical excellence.
Every day, you will inspire and lead a dedicated clinical team (nurses & aides) to prioritize patient needs, maintaining rigorous oversight of regulatory compliance, staffing, and fiscal health. You'll passionately advocate for your team, translating their insights into actionable strategies that uplift both staff and patient experiences.

  • Assess patient, collect appropriate data, and perform testing to prepare patient for physician visit.
  • Maintain patient flow through the clinic.
  • Forward test results and documentation to physician for review; execute orders as received. Notify patient of test results and ensure appropriate follow up per protocol.
  • Timely response of all patient care inquiries.
  • Complete patient refills as requested by both patient and pharmacy, ensuring appropriate labs are ordered per protocol.
  • Patient and family/caregiver education.
