Job description

SunArch Academy is seeking Registered Nurses (RNs) for all shifts to join our team. This is an opportunity to provide specialized care and support to adolescents in need while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment. 

RN Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments for patients.
  • Accurately administer and document medications.
  • Delegate and assign tasks based on patient needs.
  • Implement appropriate interventions in psychiatric and medical emergencies.
  • Develop, document, and evaluate treatment plans and nursing interventions.
  • Educate patients and families about care and treatment plans. 

RN Qualifications: 

  • Must be 25 years or older
  • Current, unencumbered Nevada RN license.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
  • Experience or knowledge of psychiatric and medical nursing procedures.
  • Understanding of mental health laws and child abuse/neglect reporting.
  • Familiarity with emergency medical and psychiatric protocols.

  • Must maintain CPR certification, complete annual professional skills verification, and obtain CPI certification (training provided by SunArch Academy).
