Job summary: Under the authority of the head nurse, the nursing assistant contributes to the offer of personalized nursing services: Provide the required nursing care to residents according to the standards of the profession and the procedures established by the director of care. Create and maintain relationships of trust with residents, their families and those working in the health network. Actively participate in the creation and maintenance of a stimulating and dynamic living environment for residents. Contribute to the prevention of accidents. We have several shifts: 2:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. 24 to 8 a.m. Requirements and skills sought: Member of the OIIAQ. Experience and relevant knowledge of the living environment in residence (an asset). Mastery of his field of expertise. Proficiency in interpersonal communication.
