Contract: 6 weeks
Schedule: Day Shift, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

About the Role

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant for a 6-week day-shift contract opportunity in Honolulu, Hawaii. This role supports an Adult Day Health Center and provides direct care, supportive services, therapeutic activities, and recreational support for day health clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and daily support for adult day health clients
• Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, hydration, feeding, and personal care needs
• Take vital signs, observe client condition, and report abnormal signs or symptoms
• Support therapeutic, restorative, and recreational activities for clients
• Document care accurately using PointClickCare and follow safety, infection control, and universal precautions

Requirements

• Active Hawaii Nurse Aide Certificate Required
