They work in a variety of settings, including hospitals, clinics, schools, and nursing homes. Registered Nurses assess patients' conditions, administer medications and treatments, and coordinate with doctors and other healthcare staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

To thrive as a Nurse RN, you need strong clinical knowledge, patient assessment abilities, and a nursing degree with active RN licensure. Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs), medication administration systems, and basic medical equipment is typically required. Excellent communication, empathy, and adaptability are essential soft skills for providing compassionate care and collaborating with healthcare teams.
