Yucaipa Hills Post Acute Care Center is now hiring LVNs for ALL SHIFTS. YHPACC is an 82 skilled nursing facility that specializes in both skilled and dementia care. We are interested in experienced LVNs as well NEW GRAD LVNs for ALL SHIFTS. We offer an extensive orientation and training.
Job Duties: Med Pass, observing patients for change of condition and notifying MD, documenting daily, working with clinical and rehab team to provide proper care and treatment, etc.
