Job description

A longstanding and highly respected Internal Medicine clinic located just 10 miles north of New Haven, Connecticut, is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join its collaborative and supportive team. This opening is due to a long-tenured provider’s retirement and represents a rare opportunity to join a stable practice with exceptional camaraderie and minimal turnover.

Practice Overview

  • Established, physician-owned Internal Medicine clinic
  • Supported by a larger, well-respected multispecialty group
  • Brand-new office building (only 3 years old)
  • Collegial environment with strong teamwork and provider support
  • Join 3 physician owners and 3 Nurse Practitioners
  • Endocrinologist and Rheumatologist rotate through the office weekly
  • Providers are encouraged to incorporate personal clinical interests into their practice

Position Details

  • Provide outpatient care to patients aged 18 and older
  • Monday-Friday schedule:
    • 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or
    • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Weekday call only, shared equally among 6 providers
  • No weekend call responsibilities

Compensation & Benefits

  • Strong salary with RVU-based incentive bonus
