WCS Healthcare Partners is excited to announce the opening of a brand-new Urology Center, offering a modern and dynamic environment for healthcare professionals. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner to enhance their career by developing autonomy, managing a patient panel, and working alongside a highly respected physician mentor. Join us in providing exceptional care in a supportive and innovative setting.

Responsibilities
  • Focus on outpatient care at the new Urology Center
  • Manage your own panel of patients
  • Provide follow-up care for post-surgical patients
  • Perform occasional hospital rounding as needed
  • Maintain an average patient volume of approximately 15 patients per day
  • Work schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
  • No nights, weekends, or major call burden
  • Participate in telephone call rotation approximately 1:5 - 1:6
  • Collaborate closely with an excellent teacher and mentor
Requirements
  • Valid Nurse Practitioner (NP) license/certification
  • Interest in Urology or relevant clinical experience
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong patient-centered communication skills
  • Ability to manage an independent patient panel
