Job description

Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

A Neonatal Nurse Practitioner is needed to join a team of highly skilled physicians and healthcare professionals. The role requires a candidate willing to engage in a high-acuity environment. The team is dedicated to providing the highest quality care to the smallest patients. State-of-the-art facilities and cutting-edge technology are utilized to provide comprehensive care to neonates with various medical conditions. Full-time NNPs rotate to multiple hospitals within a short driving distance. The two Level III units offer 24-hour shifts, while the Level IV unit has either 10- or 12-hour day shifts and 12- or 16-hour night shifts. Candidates must have current experience as an NNP. New graduate candidates will not be accepted. Relocation and tuition reimbursement may be discussed during the interview. The compensation package is competitive and dependent on experience level. Health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life insurance, and short- and long-term disability options are provided. An employee stock purchase program and a 401k with company match are also available. Additional benefits include pre-tax Health Savings Accounts, pre-tax Flexible Spending Accounts, identity protection, and an Employee Assistance Program.
