(Only QUALIFIED Healthcare Professionals accepted) Family-NP - Community Based | Rural Health Clinic - Family Nurse Practitioner - Crystal City, Texas (45 minutes from Uvalde, TX)- Loan Repayment Eligible Site through the NHSC ($50,000 paid to your student loans for a two year commitment) We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work in a Certified Rural Health Clinic in Crystal City, TX convenient to Uvalde, TX. We would consider either experienced Providers or new graduates with ER | EMT experience that feel comfortable working independently with a physician on-site during clinic hours. The clinic hours are Mon-Fri (8:30am-5:00pm). The patient and payor mix is diverse and predominately consists of Medicaid and Indigent Care with patients across the lifespan. The Provider would see patients in need of routine primary care as well as well women examinations. However, patients may present with chronic medical problems including diabetes and hypertension. The patient volume would be 18-20 patients per day with an experienced and stable support staff and EMR. Competitive compensation package $100,000-$110,000 (Depending Upon Experience) as well as a full benefits package including Medical, Dental, 403B , Malpractice Coverage, and all dues fees and licensure paid. Sign-on bonus and relocation package negotiable for the right candidate. This location qualifies for Loan Repayment through the NHSC ($25,000 paid to your Federally Qualified Student Loans annually. $50,000 for a two year commitment).
