  • Develop and maintain a personal patient schedule through relationship building, treatment recommendations, rebooking, and follow-up to become a highly requested provider.

Job description

Practice
Established Med Spa and Wellness Practice
Three locations in Northern New Jersey
Locations
Three locations across Hudson and Bergen counties, New Jersey. Two sit about 12 minutes apart; the third is roughly 30 to 40 minutes out. Exact locations shared at the recruiter interview.
Schedule
Self-directed across all three locations. The Regional Lead sets their own weekly rotation based on business needs.
Compensation
$120,000-$140,000 base salary, plus performance bonuses
Employment
Full-time, W2, salaried, on-site across three locations

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Regional Lead Aesthetic Injector to lead aesthetic clinical performance across our three Northern New Jersey locations. We are looking for someone who is not only an exceptional aesthetic provider, but also a strong leader, salesperson, and business-minded professional who knows how to build a loyal patient following and drive aesthetic revenue.

The Regional Lead Aesthetic Injector will lead by example, developing our injector team while maintaining a highly productive personal treatment schedule.

The Role

You will be responsible for the clinical and business performance of our aesthetic departments across all three locations. This is a hands-on position. While you will help develop other injectors, a significant part of your role is maintaining and growing your own patient schedule.

Your schedule will include:

  • Injectable treatments, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers
  • New and existing patient consultations, including the good faith examination
  • Facial balancing and comprehensive treatment planning
  • Vitamin IV therapy
  • Patient follow-ups, conversion of consultations into treatment plans, rebooking, and long-term patient retention
Leading the Aesthetic Team
  • Coach and mentor providers across all three locations on consultations, treatment planning, patient experience, and sales
  • Establish and hold high standards for aesthetic outcomes and patient care
  • Drive consistency in treatment protocols and the patient experience across all three locations
  • Review provider schedules, productivity, and aesthetic performance, and identify opportunities to improve utilization and revenue
  • Help providers build and maintain full treatment schedules
  • Support onboarding and training of new aesthetic providers
  • Partner with management and marketing on promotions, events, patient acquisition, and growth initiatives, including open houses and VIP events
Build and Own Your Patient Schedule

We are specifically looking for a provider who takes ownership of their schedule and patient base. The ideal candidate does not simply wait for appointments to be placed on their calendar. They actively develop relationships with patients, recommend appropriate treatment plans, rebook patients, follow up on opportunities, generate referrals, and partner with the marketing and management teams to keep their schedule productive. Success in this position means becoming a highly requested provider while helping the entire regional aesthetic team succeed.

How Performance Is Measured

Performance bonuses are based on measurable results, including personal aesthetic revenue and injectable treatment volume, regional aesthetic revenue growth, and consultation-to-treatment conversion and patient rebooking rate.

RequirementsWhat You Bring
  • Active New Jersey Nurse Practitioner (NP or APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) license in good standing, eligible to provide aesthetic and wellness services in New Jersey
  • 5 or more years of hands-on aesthetic injecting with strong neurotoxin and dermal filler skills, working independently. Four years will be considered for an exceptional candidate
  • Experience with Vitamin IV therapy
  • Experience running comprehensive aesthetic consultations and building treatment plans
  • Working knowledge of hormone replacement therapy, peptide therapies, and GLP-1 medical weight management, with the ability to educate patients on the broader wellness offering and identify wellness consultation opportunities
  • Highly confident discussing treatment recommendations and pricing with patients
  • Comfortable being accountable to revenue and performance measures
  • A strong communicator and team leader, sales-minded without compromising patient care
  • Comfortable traveling between our three Northern New Jersey locations

A strong advantage: previous leadership, lead injector, trainer, or multi-location experience. Biostimulator experience such as Sculptra or Radiesse. A facial balancing portfolio with documented cases.

BenefitsCompensation

Full-time salaried position at $120,000-$140,000 base, set by credential and hands-on injecting experience, plus performance bonuses tied to the measures above. This structure is designed to reward both individual production and regional leadership performance: the stability of a salaried leadership seat with meaningful upside for a provider who grows their own book of business and lifts the performance of the entire aesthetic team.

Benefits include a 401(k) and paid time off.

Why This Practice

This is an opportunity for an experienced injector ready for the next level of their career. Rather than simply working as an injector, you will become a key leader in a growing organization: shaping how our aesthetic departments develop, mentoring other providers, and participating directly in the growth of three locations. This is a full-spectrum anti-aging and wellness practice, combining injectables with hormone optimization, IV therapy, medical weight management, and longevity care under a physician-led standard with documented protocols and an established medical director already in place. Ready to lead, grow, and build something bigger? We want to meet you.
