Nurse Practitioner Injectors often work in med spas, cosmetic clinics, or dermatology offices.

What are the typical daily responsibilities of a nurse practitioner injector?

Job description

AESTHETIC NURSE INJECTOR (RN / NP)

Experienced injectors and passionate RNs/NPs new to aesthetics both encouraged to apply. We provide hands-on training for the right fit.

A GROWING MARKET. AN ESTABLISHED COMPANY.

We have spent the last two decades building a reputation for exceptional client care, clinical excellence, and results-driven aesthetic treatments. Today, we operate multiple locations across several states while maintaining the supportive culture and personal connection of a local practice. Our new Leander location offers something unique. You receive the support, systems, training, and brand recognition of an established company while working within a close-knit team where your contributions have a direct impact on the growth of the location. This is an opportunity to join a company that already works and help build what comes next.

WHY LEANDER?

Small Team. Big Opportunity.

Leander is one of the fastest-growing communities in Texas and the greater Austin metro area. Success in this rapidly expanding market requires more than technical skill - it requires strong client relationships, exceptional results, and a company that provides the support needed to grow.

Our Leander team is intentionally small, which means:

  • You are not one of dozens of injectors competing internally for attention
  • Your work directly contributes to the success of this new location
  • You have the opportunity to build a loyal client following in a booming neighborhood
  • You receive support from an established company with two decades of experience

For the right injector, there is significant opportunity to grow your book of business and your income over time. New to injectables but have your RN or NP license and the drive? We'll invest in building your clinical skill set - culture fit and coachability matter as much as your resume.

CULTURE FIT

This Work Is More Than Injecting

The injectors who thrive at Aurora share several characteristics:

  • Client-First: You build trust, educate clients, and create long-term relationships.
  • Dedicated to Mastery: You continuously refine your technique and invest in your professional growth.
  • Positive & Collaborative: You contribute to a supportive team environment and celebrate the success of others.
  • Growth-Minded: You want to build something meaningful, not simply maintain the status quo.

SUPPORT & DEVELOPMENT

We'll Help You Keep Growing

Aurora invests heavily in the success of its injectors through:

  • Structured training path for providers newer to aesthetics, alongside mentorship from Aurora's most experienced injectors
  • Ongoing continuing education and advanced clinical development
  • Established treatment protocols and clinical systems
  • Comprehensive onboarding and training on Aurora's processes
  • Accessible leadership and support from a collaborative team

Even experienced injectors benefit from strong systems, mentorship, and a company committed to long-term growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

What You'll Do

  • Conduct client consultations and aesthetic assessments
  • Administer Botox and dermal filler treatments with skill, precision, and care
  • Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare
  • Maintain accurate documentation and treatment records
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences that drive retention and referrals
  • Collaborate with providers and team members to support location growth

QUALIFICATIONS Required:

  • Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP / APRN) license (or Compact/eNLC license) in good standing
  • Strong communication and client relationship skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and clinical judgment
  • Genuine passion for aesthetics and helping clients feel their best, plus a coachable, growth-minded approach

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience administering Botox and dermal filler treatments (not required - we train motivated RNs/NPs who show the right clinical judgment and client instincts)
  • Consultative, education-first approach to client care
  • Experience building and maintaining a loyal client base
  • Comfort working within a small, fast-moving team
  • Established ties to Leander, Cedar Park, Liberty Hill, or the greater Austin area

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS - What We Offer Compensation:

  • RN Base Pay: $25-$35 per hour, based on experience
  • NP Base Pay: $35-$45 per hour, based on experience
  • Monthly Bonus Structure
  • Total Earning Potential: Up to approximately $90 per hour for strong performers

Benefits:

  • Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance
  • 401(k) with 4% company match
  • Paid holidays and vacation pay
  • Employee discounts on Aurora services and products
  • Beautiful, supportive work environment
  • Real opportunities for career growth within an established and growing company

SCHEDULE & LOCATION - What To Expect

  • Hours: Full-time, 36-40 hours per week
  • Shifts: Mix of 8 and 10-hour weekday shifts
  • Saturdays: Every other Saturday, 8:30 AM-2:00 PM
  • Location: On-site, Leander, TX
