Job Description: NP PA MD DOLocation: Lawrenceville, Suwanee, DaculaAt Reagan Medical Center, we exist to make healthcare better, simple and affordable. Our leading health and wellness organization celebrated our 25th Birthday this year, and we are excited for continued growth.
Reagan Medical Center operates urgent care, primary care and outpatient imaging services across five locations throughout the Greater Gwinnett County region. Our Primary / Urgent Care Centers include in-office X-Ray at every location to ensure prompt and effective patient care. Our Centers are open 7 days per week. The ACR accredited Imaging Center is located at our South Lawrenceville office, and a brand new imaging center that has just opened as part of an expansion at our Dacula Mill Campus. We are proud to be the recipient of the Best of Gwinnett Award for several years in a row. Our Imaging Center offers MRI, CT, Mammography, Ultrasound, and Nuclear Medicine at some of the most affordable prices in the Atlanta region.
We are seeking passionate, quality focused MD / DO / Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants with adult and some level of pediatric experience to join our team. We are seeking full time for immediate hire, and also willing to consider Part-Time candidates for additional shifts.
We are looking for someone that has the ability to remain calm and focused under pressure and stressful situations. Someone that loves to learn and is looking to grow and learn within their job.
Position Highlights:
Open 8am- 7:30pm on Weekdays, 10am-5:30 on Saturdays and 12pm-5:30pm on Sundays
Providers typically work 12 hour shifts with two weekend shifts per month and occasional holidays
Average patient load = 3-4 patients per hour
Full licensed medical team and support staff
Responsibilities include:
Takes comprehensive history and performs physical examinations
Evaluates and treats on the basis of history, physical examination, radiological, laboratory, and other diagnostic test results pursuant to the practice agreement or scope of practice guidelines.
Suturing
Splinting
Comfortable with minor procedures and tests, such as, reading EKGs and X-Rays
Incisions and drainage
Foreign body removal
Comfortable utilizing in-office diagnostic services, such as, MRI and CT, to help the patient avoid unnecessary and expensive additional visits to other settings of care.
Telehealth.
DOT Certification required pre-hire or within the first 3 months of employment, with experience in the full range of corporate health such as work injury visits and pre-employment physicals.
Comfortable with Gynecological exams preferred

Required Qualifications:
Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the ANCC/AANP or certified as a Physician Assistant through the NCCPA
MD / DO
Licensure in the State of Georgia
Must be CPR certified (or willing to obtain prior to start)
Current DEA
Basic Life Support

Preferred Qualifications:
3+ years of experience working as a MD / DO, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in a family practice, urgent care or emergency department setting.
Willing and able to work at any of the Reagan Medical Center locations that include Dacula, Suwanee, Johns Creek, Lawrenceville, and South Lawrenceville.
