Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Nephrology team in a full-time role. This position offers a unique opportunity to work across two hospital systems, providing a diverse and well-rounded clinical experience. The APP will be involved in inpatient rounding, as well as managing patients in the hemodialysis outpatient settings. In addition, the role includes outpatient clinic responsibilities, with a focus on the ongoing care and management of patients with chronic kidney disease and hypertension.
This position is ideal for a clinical looking to expand their expertise across multiple care environments while building a meaningful patient relationships over time. The role offers a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with no weekend requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to grow within a collaborative and supportive nephrology practice while gaining exposure to a broad spectrum of patient care settings.

Must be current or eligible for Georgia Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner License
