Facility: St. John Medical Center / PeaceHealth Longview Urology Clinic – Pacific Surgical Institute
Location: Longview, Washington
Specialty: Urology APP (NP Preferred)
Assignment Type: Locum Tenens
Duration: ASAP 
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Shift Length: 8 Hours
Call: No Call
EMR: Epic
Patient Volume: Approximately 18 Patients Per Day
 

Position Overview

PeaceHealth is seeking an experienced Urology Advanced Practice Provider (NP Preferred) to provide ongoing coverage for a gap in staffing. Nurse Practitioners are highly preferred due to their ability to practice independently; however, experienced Physician Assistants will also be considered.
 

Clinical Responsibilities
  • Annual and follow-up urology visits
  • Diagnose and treat erectile dysfunction
  • Evaluate and manage kidney stone patients
  • Male incontinence management
  • Perform office cystoscopies
  • Medication management and yearly refills
  • Patient education and care coordination
For Surgical PAs

In addition to clinic responsibilities:

  • First assist in urology procedures
  • Hospital rounding at St. John Medical Center
  • Inpatient consults and perioperative care
