PA Injector - Per Diem / Weekly Contract

MDI is a growing dermatology practice seeking an experienced, patient-focused Nurse Injector to join our cosmetic services team at our Okemos location on a weekly per diem basis. This is an ideal role for a PA looking for a consistent weekly engagement with an established patient base and full clinical support.

Position Overview

Practice: Midwest Dermatology Institute

Location: Okemos, MI

Schedule: One day per week (negotiable; consistent day preferred)

Employment Type: 1099 Independent Contractor or W-2 Part-Time (negotiable)

Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Reports To: Practice Administrator

Services Provided

  • Neurotoxin injections (Botox or equivalent)

  • Dermal fillers (HA fillers - Juvederm, or equivalent)

  • Patient consultations for cosmetic injectable services

  • Photographic documentation pre/post treatment (per MDI protocol)

  • Chart documentation in ModMed (EHR) - training provided

Qualifications

  • Active Michigan PA license - required

  • Minimum 2 years of aesthetic injection experience - required

  • Botox/filler certification from accredited training program - required

  • DEA registration or ability to obtain

  • Own malpractice/liability insurance - required for 1099 arrangement

  • Comfortable with EMR documentation (ModMed experience a plus, not required)

  • Product (tox and filler) - MDI-purchased; injector does not supply product

  • Front desk and MA support for scheduling, rooming, and charting setup

Compensation
