Where: Two locations in the Indianapolis Area
Dates: 5/16-5/31 Mon-Fri 
            6/1-10 Mon-Fr

Monday – Friday 9a-6p less lunch

1 year experience in Occupational Medicine
DOT Certification required
Full office staff
20-25 Patients per day
DOT, Pre-Employment Physicals and on the job injuries
