We are seeking an experienced RN Director – Operating Room to provide leadership and oversight for nursing operations within a hospital surgical services environment. This role supports the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) in ensuring high-quality, safe, and effective patient care across multiple units.

The Director is responsible for guiding nursing practice, supporting clinical staff competency, and ensuring appropriate resource management while maintaining operational excellence within the Operating Room setting.

• Provide leadership support to the Chief Nursing Officer (CNO)
• Oversee nursing operations within the Operating Room and related units
• Assist in planning, coordinating, and evaluating nursing practice across departments
• Ensure safe, high-quality, and compliant patient care delivery
• Support staff competency development and performance management
• Monitor and optimize clinical resource utilization
• Promote adherence to hospital policies, standards, and regulatory requirements
• Serve as a role model for professional nursing practice and leadership
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams
• Maintain 24/7 operational accountability for assigned areas

• Associate degree in Nursing with a Bachelor’s in a healthcare-related field OR BSN required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
• CPR certification required
