Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RN Case Manager/Unit Manager to join our healthcare team in Concord, NH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing patient care delivery, coordinating interdisciplinary services, and managing daily unit operations to ensure high-quality, safe, and effective patient outcomes. Responsibilities:
