Location:San Antonio, TX
Shift: Variable, 7AM to 3:30PM
Must be available for all shifts (1st, 2nd and 3rd)ย 
as well as weekend or daily overtime.

Job Description

Provides numerical control, machining, and programming technical expertise to support manufacturing operations. Establishes technical requirements for manufacturing and producibility. Plans, creates, verifies, and revises Machine Control Data (MCD), geometry, and documentation used to direct the operation of numerically controlled equipment for the manufacture and inspection of parts, tools, and assemblies.

Plans and guides the development and integration of new machining techniques, manufacturing methods, processes, software, and equipment. Supports continuous improvement initiatives and works under general direction to ensure manufacturing efficiency, quality, and producibility requirements are achieved.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience with CNC machining, programming, and manufacturing processes.

  • Experience creating and maintaining Machine Control Data (MCD).

  • Knowledge of manufacturing methods, tooling, and producibility requirements.

  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.

  • Strong problem-solving and process improvement skills.

Education

Associate degree with 3+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Bachelor's degree with 1+ year of related experience or 5+ years of related experience).
