Responsible for all planning activities related to Tier shipments, customer contact, and EDI transactions.
  • There 30-day probationary period for this role.

Pull weekly inventory numbers
Work closely with manufacturing plants
Work closely with Customer representatives regarding mix changes and order changes
Work closely with engineering team regarding new car lines and part numbers
Works closely with Quality department regarding Quality issues
Works closely with Dock coordinator regarding inbound shipments
Works closely with Tier 1 analyst and Logistics team
Essential Skills

College degree preferred.
Two years related experience or equivalent education preferred.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
Strong interpersonal skills.
Must be proficient in MS Office.
Preferred Skills

Advanced Excel knowledge is helpful with maintaining/updating Customer Order files.
Automotive experience in customer service or its equivalent within a distribution environment.
