- Partner with the Spa Manager on scheduling, inventory, and staff certifications.
- Create personalized, progressive treatment plans aligned with client goals.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals, promoting memberships and retail products.
- Ensure a clean, professional, and welcoming spa environment.
Qualifications:
- Must have one year experience in a spa setting
- Active Esthetics License in the state of Indiana.
- Ability to maintain professional esthetics liability insurance.
