Carteret Community College, in Morehead City, NC is seeking live, non-nude figure models for ART-135, Figure Drawing, a class that begins January 6, 2024. The model(s) will be paid $15. per hour. The position will remain open until filled. There are 30 class sessions for which a model will be required, each session is approximately 3 hours long. If multiple applicants are selected, the sessions will be distributed between them. Class sessions are held on Mondays and Wednesdays, from 2:00pm to 4:50p.m.
Duties include:
• Models will be clothed in low-profile underwear or bathing suits.
• Models will be scheduled for specific days and are responsible for being present 15 minutes early for any class session.
• Models are expected to be professional and work with the instructor to create an environment conducive to student learning.
• Models will be provided a time sheet and expected to keep a record of their hours. The time sheet will be submitted to the instructor by the 15th of each month.
Minimum Qualifications:
Models should remain professional in appearance, demeanor, and their willingness to work cooperatively with the instructor to provide the best experience for the students. Models that can be spontaneous and creative with their poses are preferred.
  • There may be occasions when the two models will be present and modeling at the same time.
  • ART-135 Figure Drawing will meet in the Wayne West Building, Room 316A.
  • Selected models will be provided a schedule of days
