Seeking Policy Implementation Advisor candidates with relevant Energy, Science, and Technology Research Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Energy, Science, and Technology Research Sector Clients such as DOEOP.  This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Energy Technical Consulting Services Functional Area - Energy Technical Consulting Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Energy Technical Consulting (Policy Implementation Advisor) in the Energy, Science, and Technology Research Industry Sector focussing on Business Process Solutions for clients such as Department of Energy  (DOE | OP) | DOE Office of Policy (OP) Generally Located In CONUS - Washington DC and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES - Strategic Planning Consultant | Energy Technical Consulting Services [DOEOP009014]

Develops long-term strategies and roadmaps for enhancing energy sustainability and operational efficiency. Align with Energy Technical Consulting Services Functional Area initiatives as a Strategic Planning Consultant that Develops long-term strategies and implementation roadmaps for energy sustainability and security initiatives..  Provide Public Comment Review, Data Analysis, Modeling, Evaluation, Mapping, Forecasting And Report Development, Data Tracking Tools, Workforce Policy Analysis And Convening, as well as Energy Market Economic And Regulatory Analysis Technical Consulting Services and support for The Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Policy (OP).  These services enable mission objectives involved with renewable energy, fossil fuels, nuclear energy, hydrogen, biofuels, carbon capture, energy storage, grid modernization, energy efficiency, and sustainable infrastructure technologies.

Qualified candidates for Strategic Planning Consultant must possess expertise in their respective field, with experience in energy, policy, and technical consulting.

Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications

Candidates for Policy Implementation Advisor typically require a Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., energy, environmental science, policy, or engineering) and a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience.

Skills Required

The Policy Implementation Advisor role may involve cross-functional collaboration and participation in high-level DOE strategy discussions. This role is estimated to be engaged as Full-time advisory role focusing on energy policy execution. Due to the sensitive nature of our work, the individuals who will be actively completing work on this contract or reviewing documents related to our operations must either be cleared (Secret Fcl / Top Secret Fcl) or be able to obtain and maintain a clearance (i.e. DOE Q).
