Job Summary

Senior training instructor for Nuclear Training Department. Administers databases in support of the corporate training organization, including SuccessFactors Learning Management System, VISION Developer, Vision Web, NANTeL, Illuminate, Ideagen, SharePoint, and PADS.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

  • Troubleshoots database and integration problems and issues to find sustainable resolutions
  • Collaborates with other database administrators on updates, integrations, and changes
  • Provides in-processingsupport for all sites during refueling outages
  • Monitors for consistent application oftraining procedures, processes, and industry guidance
  • Conducts post-outage in-processing and other self-assessments, as needed
  • Identifies and communicates technology changes and issues to fleet training management
  • Reviews data to ensure that negative trends are identified and communicated to training leadership
  • Tests upcoming database and software changes and upgrades to ensure fluid transitions


Education, Experience & Skill Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with 6 years instructional or applicable department experience
  • Strong work ethic focused on timely completion of assigned work, procedure compliance, and leadership
  • Strong written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
