Job description

Join a dynamic team supporting program execution in a fast-paced environment, where youโ€™ll help coordinate priorities, keep stakeholders aligned, and drive work forward from planning through delivery. This onsite Program Manager opportunity is based in Foster City, CA and offers the chance to contribute to innovative work within an organization focused on advanced mobility and technology.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional program activities to support successful project delivery.
  • Track milestones, deadlines, and deliverables to help keep work on schedule.
  • Facilitate communication among stakeholders and ensure updates are shared clearly and consistently.
  • Support planning, issue resolution, and day-to-day execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Organize meeting preparation, follow-up actions, and documentation to maintain program visibility.
  • Help identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and escalate items when needed.
Skills
  • Experience in program management, project coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills for working with diverse stakeholders.
  • Ability to track details, manage timelines, and follow through on action items.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience supporting complex, cross-functional programs.
  • Background in technology, mobility, operations, or other highly collaborative environments.
  • Ability to anticipate needs and proactively help keep programs moving forward.
  • Familiarity with documenting updates, status reports, and meeting notes.
