Job description

Overview:

Performs diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine and/or Nuclear Cardiology procedures according to all Protocols, Policies and Procedures and adhering to A.L.A.R.A. programs. Performs all quality control procedures in accordance with manufacturer, state and federal guidelines.

This position requires some weekday hours and some Saturdays

Responsibilities:

Performs diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine and/or Nuclear Cardiology procedures according to all Protocols, Policies and Procedures and adhering to A.L.A.R.A. programs. Performs all quality control procedures in accordance with manufacturer, state and federal guidelines.

Qualifications:Education
  • Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine program accredited by either the Joint Review Committee on Education Programs in Nuclear Medicine Technology (JRCNMT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) Required
Work Experience
  • No experience required Required
Licenses and Certifications
  • BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and
  • CNMT - Certified Nuclear Med Tech CNMT registered Upon Hire Required or
  • NMTCB - Nuclear Medicine Tech NMTCB registered Upon Hire Required
