Lead advanced Model?Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) efforts to create, maintain, and extend digital reference architectures across data, identity, ICAM, cloud?native access points, and generative AI. Develop and execute strategies to champion adoption of SysML V2 and KerML, integrate attribute?based access control (ABAC) into models, and guide zero trust data? and identity?centric architectures across multi?domain, multi?classification environments. Responsibilities
Architect and deliver federated digital system models using MBSE tools (e.g., Innoslate, Cameo).
Advance policies and frameworks for data, identity, and zero trust architectures; produce defensible, replicable planning data.
Drive SysML V2/KerML policy adoption and test implementations within modern MBSE tools; embed ABAC controls in digital models.
Conduct research, verification/validation, interoperability testing, and mission performance optimization; support cross?domain deployments.
Prepare high?impact briefs, reports, and leadership updates; organize workshops and coordination activities.
Qualifications
PhD in a related field (e.g., Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Math, Cybersecurity) and 20+ years of related experience.
Recognized subject?matter expertise in systems engineering/digital engineering and complex secure architectures.
Proven experience advising senior leadership and directing technical baselines and quality requirements.
Mastery of MBSE tools and federated digital models; experience integrating security attributes/ABAC into model elements.
Top Secret clearance
Nice to Have Qualifications
Experience with cloud?native reference implementations and cross?domain solutions.
Collaboration experience with relevant DoW organizations (e.g., DISA, NSA, NIST, USCYBERCOM, Coalition partners).
Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required. Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range: $150,000 - $240,000 (Compensation is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, skills, education, certifications, seniority, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.)
